Can I bring alcohol?

Yes, as long as you are over the legal drinking age (21) you may bring your own alcohol. Drinking responsibly is required!

Should I bring sunscreen?

Absolutely, it is FLORIDA!

Do I need to bring a towel?

Yes, unless you don’t plan on leaving the boat, which is ok too!

Where do we catch the charter from?

We can pick up from C dock in Burnt Store Marina, Florida.

What water gear is provided?

All boat safety equipment, life jackets, mesh shelling bag, bait, poles, and tackle.

Is there food provided?

No. You may bring any food/snacks you would like on the tour.

What is your cancellation policy?

A full refund will be given if reservations are cancelled 48 hours prior to scheduled cruise or due to weather (captain’s call). If the captain launches the boat for the charter and no one calls or shows up, you will be charged for the minimum of a half day excursion ($350.00).

What happens if the weather is not good?

If it is not safe, the trip will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued, or we will try our best to reschedule you ASAP.

What happens if someone in our party gets injured while ON THE BOAT during a charter?

Our insurance would cover you as long as you are ON THE BOAT. We require our waiver be signed before departure of all charters.

What happens if someone in our party gets injured while OFF THE BOAT during a charter?

Our insurance would NOT cover you while OFF THE BOAT (snorkeling, tubing, shelling, etc.). We require our waiver be signed before departure of all charters.
